“ Stopped here for breakfast and it was very good! You order at a counter and pay then they give you your drinks, silverware, napkins and such on a tray along with an order number thingy and you go get your own table. We ate out in the wonderful courtyard which is shaded by a huge tree. Super pleasant. They bring your food to your table and regularly provide refills on your drinks. The food was very good and tasty. And considering you’re on an island in the middle of the pacific ocean the prices were very reasonable! I believe many visitors forget this part and gauge prices based on what they’re used to paying on the mainland which isn’t a fair comparison. ”
“ For a vegetarian family of four, this place was absolutely amazing. The service was super. Food came out fairly quickly actually! We were all satisfied with our dishes. We ordered the Tofu Tacos, Makawao Melt, BBQ Tofu Plate, and the Red Curry Bowl. My personal favorite were the tacos and the bbq tofu plate. The melt was pretty delicious as well. ”

(Restaurant Tip) I would always start with a welcome in at least.. It’s just too easy to not greet people on vacation. They do ask for a tip when you pay, but you will not get any service beyond the counter.. No coffee or tea refills. Atmosphere.. The greeting set the tone, tables were dirty, ppl were just standing around waiting to order while others held tables.. ”
“ Great spot at the base of the Haleakala summit in a small town. Really good vibes with a super friendly staff. We got the thai noodles and the salmon salad along with the hibiscus iced tea. All the dishes were solid and fresh and the outdoor seating with the decorated trees were beautiful. Highly recommend this place if you are around and hungry ”
